Easter

Hope Everyone had a great Easter weekend!

Baked Chops

Rosemary Baked Pork Chops

I created this recipe because I wanted to make some pork chops without using all that oil
that I normally use when I make country style pork chops...

  • pork chops ( I got the big ones)
  • 2 eggs beaten (if you use small chops use 1 egg)
  • 1 TBS honey mustard ( I used the kind that comes in the little bear ... its very sweet)
  • 1 dash of onion powder
  • 3 dash Season All
  • 1 TSP rosemary
  • 1/2 cup Italian Bread Crumbs

In a bowl I mixed up honey mustard, eggs, season all, rosemary, breadcrumbs, and pork chops

on a pan i drizzled EVOO (extra virgin olive oil) and a little bit of Pomeranian red vinegar ( I bought a bottle for a recipe I found on pinterest and I have loved the stuff ever since I love to put in on my sandwiches hot out of the oven!)

put the chops on the pan

375* for 45-60 minutes or until golden

heres the other chops..

Country Fried Chops

In a pan add some oil I normally use the smart heart oil and heat till warm then  I put the chops in and dash some Season All, onion powder, garlic powder, and a little bit of A1 marinade ... I fry mine until they are a little burnt and that's it.. so hopefully the first recipe will be more healthier and if you are not in the mood for healthy these are some country yummy-ness
